Sure was half of friday and most of Saturday. Yeah welly was well nice just a shame it fell apart when sliced, think didn't cook the mushrooms enough and so to much liquid.
The salmon tasted fantastic, but i would only use on fillet in the future that would help the coking so much. Would love to get a wireless probe thermometer for dishes lkke this it would make it so easy.

Wow that is a Necro bump.
It's a Stellar 6000 Hard Anodised 34cm Square Roaster with Lid, should be around £80 mark. Good pan, doesn't fit in my own though. Stupid rented place with slim line £10 gas oven.
