Had my parents and mother in law over christmas eve and Em and I did our first meal for others - pretty much the full christmas meal but we forgot the stuffing went quite well
Then over the the mother in laws for christmas and boxing day with Em's nephews. Was ok, no major arguements which is rare |

Nice and quiet relaxing few days down at the outlaws and then we're heading back home tomorrow for a couple of days before new years eve hits. Had some great pressies, eaten far too much chocolate and have some spending money left over to buy some more bits and pieces I fancy.

Very quiet for me, normally it's a bigger family affair with lots of relatives and their kids but for various reasons it was just me and my parents. Very nice and relaxed though, it's just good to be back home for a bit and seeing the folks.

Sad to hear some people have had a poop time Hope it picks up for you x
Ours has been quiet! Seriously awesome though! We've been healthy eating for months upon months now so eating whatever filth we desire has been great but at the same time... I'm now craving my porridge and healthy food! We had *the* yummiest meal though! Pheasant with Chestnut stuffing with a vast array of vegetables! Then yesterday we had moose steak which was omnommy (very meaty... almost metallicy!) and have been nomming cheese and pretzels and after eights and chrimbo cake too! Hahaha! Saw Sams family a few days before Chrimbo and me Ma and Pa were in Prague over Christmas so we're seeing them today (and my Brother... not so great as he's a muppet!)! Looking forward to seeing my Sister and niece and nephew tomorrow though Been spoiled rotten present wise... and a very lucky lady Hoping you've all had as much fun as I Whoever wants to come dance off their chrimbo nommage - I now have a kinect! Please join! Wheeeeeeeeee! Hahahhaa! |

Was good, had a nice sirloin joint of beef with the trimmings on xmas day and chilled out playing dominoes and trivial pursuits, drunk too much at night and was rough all yesterday

For once there was no mad rush this year as I was back home. Nice change and I am gradually crossing off stuff on my 'to do' list.

Worked Christmas Eve and day and working new year as well. If you're off Christmas then fair enough but your rest day new year invariably gets binned to cover the fight and domestic fest.
