They could argue that it was advertised as £70 on the site when you clicked the Add to Cart button and that you would have seen this. In reality, if they realise the mistake (highly likely) they will either just cancel all the orders with an explanation email, or ask if you want to keep the order with a possible discount, or simply at full price.

The part that deals with the money has processed the order at £5, so I'm sure they would be breaking the law if they changed the amount without notification though.

That said, ordered!

Just got the same email. None too bothered, never finished Halo nor played Halo 2, but at a fiver it was well worth a punt.
