Same position as me dude. When it arrived DOA the phone company didnt want to know (despite it being their responsibility), but MS sorted it out no worries. Had it back in about 5/6 working days.

when you change it at GAME they'll just swap the unit. I did that with mine, just call your store and ask to speak to the Manager, just arrange it with him making sure they have them in stock. It should be no problem at all

Mine still works as fas as I know.

It's in it's box at the moment though - CD32 has taken it's place.
