Whilst looking at wedding cakes for inspiration t'other day, I found the ideal wedding cake for Mr Belmit:

I've never made a literal cheese-cake before but I used to love making cakes. Had all the proper shaped tins from the shop for bunnys and allsorts that I decorated with sweets.

Used to be entered into the town cake comp for children when I lived down south each easter, until they banned me when I won every year for a few years in succession

Best one I ever made was auctioned off for charity one year and sold for over £500. I was very proud of my little self (I think I was about 12 at the time) and I never even got to try it!
