Phew. Half an hour of Keeley Hawes' stocking tops and my heart feels like I've run a a mile.
Did anyone else feel like tongue was too far in cheek tonight? I'd say more but don't want to post spoilers. What's the colour for spoiler text? Cheers. *** Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read! The ultra cheesy A-team shoot out was soooo ridiculous. And then the Hawaii five-oh speed boat. ARRRRGGGHHH! The ****ing speedboat! End Spoiler Alert!***

Well what a mess that was, really disappointed
firstly 1981 is nowhere near as good a time to set it in as 1973 was there is also no need to virtually recreate the storyline from the first 2 series, it doesn't need the "time travel" aspect, it should have been a simple program based on the antics of the coppers |

Hmmm, I see what you mean but I don't think I've given anything away really.. I'll put this in spoiler tags but I don't think I need to as it was the whole premise for Life on Mars and was repeated at the start of each episode...
Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read! "My name is Sam Tyler. I had an accident, and I woke up in 1973. Am I mad, in a coma, or back in time? Whatever's happened, it's like I've landed on a different planet. Now maybe if I can work out the reason, I can get home." End Spoiler Alert! If I have, I apologise but I don't think I have...

I was a bit disappointed but Gene Hunt will rescue any shortcomings although nothing will top the original.

Just watched this. Bloody loved it. Far preferred it to Life On Mars which I also loved.

I think my problem with the early 80s stems from being there, nothing cool about an era which saw Rotty in white trousers, white shoes , a pink cardigan and bleached blonde hair with a big fringe
