About the Svalbard polar bears: The polar bears are a group of male and female bears aged between 5 and 12 years old. They live in the Svalbard archipelago in the Arctic, which belongs to Norway. Svalbard is made up of three larger islands and numerous smaller islands and approximately 60% of the archipelago is covered in glaciers. MB |
