Online banking card reader

I'm with NatWest and haven't got mine yet. Anyone know why?

I've not had one from Natwest either, despite buying loads of stuff online and using my online account almost everyday. I guess you have to phone up or go into a branch.

Major bumpage....but for those of you with Natwest, you can order your card reader online in the admin page (I think it was). I've got two now, one for home and one for work

I was at a friends a while ago and needed to transfer £600 to him to order my TV, couldn't do it because I didn't have my sodding card reader.

Luckily we ordered it on his credit card in the end, so we had a couple of days till I went home.

Agree that it's a pain in the arse really. But if they say you need them then I guess we don't have much choice.

I just got one from Barclays. Will is that true? This is exactly the kind of thing I am likely to stand on one night after a few too many sherberts, I'll go mad if they don't give me another. It's a cheap ass piece of plastic, it can't cost more than £2/3 per unit.

They missed a trick with these little things by not adding a calculator to them too. Would have been handy.

Have you used it yet? Did you sign for it when it was delivered? If not, you can just phone them up in a few days and say you never received it.....
