I wouldnt want to wreck the carpet and lose my deposit on a rented place for the sake of spending £30 on a carpet cleaner!

It seems to be in the same (not so great) condition it was when we moved in, we didn't go nuts with the scrubbing.

I'm renting, but I can't really afford to lose any of the deposit - and I'm gonna be staying here for at least another year as of last night.
