Kitten or vertigo, I'm going to sell mine to make way for the 1.4, it comes with uv filter too. If you likes, i can send it to you to have a play and if you like it, then pay me. If not, then send it back.

If it's canon fit (assuming so reading thread) and not gone I might be tempted if the others don't want. Could do with a new toy to try apart from the kit lens on my 400d

Fixed at 50mm and the lowest F stop is 1.8, can still change the F stop on the camera as far as I know, only had mine a few weeks so still getting used to it

Yep, 50mm prime (i.e. fixed rather than zoom lens) and f/1.8 as the widest aperture, although can obviously go higher (smaller aperture). Great lens for the money and especially good in low light such as indoors.

I'm going to have to pass on it myself, thanks anyway
