Is the football for the PS3 or the 360? This is a game I was looking forward to but I hear it averaged 7/10 so I'm waiting till closer to Xmas when its like £20. I'd prefer to spend my monies, if i ever find them, on Fable2 / GoW2.

Think I'll be waiting for a few price drops or a rental for this. The demo was fun but I can see it getting tedious for me. Pity as it seemed really promising.

Fable 2 and Gears 2 were the reason this went from purchase to rental. The demo was a great laugh but I did wonder if it was very much a rinse and repeat game, seems it might be the case but I'll wait till I play the whole game before passing judgement.

Best thing to do, as nice as the game is, I don't see it holding its value for too long, at least not up against the real powerhouse games coming out over the next 2 months.

Whatever you thought of it, there will be more of it, in the form of DLC

^^^that worries me....

More and more developers seem to be announcing DLC weeks after release whihc makes you wonder if it should have been included in the full game.

DLC is a great idea in theory. Games like Mass Effect, GTA, etc where you get a huge game and then 6 months later you get a new campaign to play. Great for that. Bad for developers who make a 6hr game then release a further 2hrs 2 months later.

Well that is utter bollocks, just been through the first 2 levels and now I have to do it all again because the stupid fecking thing didn't save!!! What is the point in having a game you can't save. I want to be able to play in bits not have to do however many levels before I can save.

Argh! Stupid game!!!
