The most proud moment in my complaining life was to HP, during their 'HP makes a bacon sandwich' campaign.

I thought it would be absolutely hilarious, to write them an email saying that the bottle of HP sauce I bought, didn't in fact make a sandwich of any sort, never mind a bacon one, as I had been led to believe.

Never expected anything to come of it, but an apologetic letter arrived about a fortnight later with a voucher for a free bottle. I was thoroughly pleased with myself

I complained to swizzels matlow, because when i was pregnant i wanted pink refresher bars, so i bought a big mixed back that showed them on the front.

opened them, and no pink ones. So i sent an email, and 2 days later, i had a load of massive bags arrive.

They are still on top of my kitchen cupboards, cos i only wanted the pink refreshers out of them
