Daz can tell you more, but we basically had a huge cock up with BT, they sent us two bottles of wine to say sorry
Doesnt forgive the fact that they are incompetent ****s, but it was still a nice surprise |

Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped writing about other things and made this your signature, yours could be like mine. Look down, back up. Where are you? You're on Boat Drinks, reading the signature your signature could be like. I'm on a computer. |

I just gave positive feedback and compliments to the lady who ran my last course. She was lovely!

The most proud moment in my complaining life was to HP, during their 'HP makes a bacon sandwich' campaign.
I thought it would be absolutely hilarious, to write them an email saying that the bottle of HP sauce I bought, didn't in fact make a sandwich of any sort, never mind a bacon one, as I had been led to believe. Never expected anything to come of it, but an apologetic letter arrived about a fortnight later with a voucher for a free bottle. I was thoroughly pleased with myself

I complained to swizzels matlow, because when i was pregnant i wanted pink refresher bars, so i bought a big mixed back that showed them on the front.
opened them, and no pink ones. So i sent an email, and 2 days later, i had a load of massive bags arrive. They are still on top of my kitchen cupboards, cos i only wanted the pink refreshers out of them |
