Great stuff there but I'm interested in this:

I thought having a lighter weapon such as a the MP5 should give you a longer sprint time?

I think it's a bug with the P90. It gives almost as much sprint time as having the Extreme Conditioning perk.

And have a new found love for CoD Multiplayer. Even managed to last long enough to send off an airstrike which was cool

Quite pleasantly surprised by the amount of stuff that unlocks as you play.
