I sent an email complaint to Heinz last week as I had one of their Beef Stew and Dumplings soups and there was about 4 slivers of Beef in it :/

I had a whinge at westminster parking after their sign said I could park for 4 hours but their automated system would only let me park for 1.
I had to keep ringing every hour to put more time on. And they refunded two of the 20p admin fees incurred. Gee thanks |

I complained to the beeb today for making me vomit.
I was happily browsing through bbc news online as per usual, and came across a disturbing news story...and so clicked on it as you do. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/kent/8342237.stm The photo was what made me feel ill, there was actually a photograph accompanying the news story. A photo of eight dead drowned lab puppies. Why!! Why would anyone put a photo of that up!! I got so angry that I emailed a rather snotty letter in, and the photo has now been taken off. Success

Well that certainly makes a refreshing change from the usual cries of postie leaving the parcels at the depot and bringing a stack of cards instead. Go postie indeed!

I took a handbag back to Barratts yesterday that I had only had for 4 months and the handles were falling to bits. I didn't have a receipt anymore, and they no longer had the bag in stock, but let me swap it for another I liked as well as refunding me part of the money because the new handbag was cheaper.

I had to have a slightly smaller one too, bit of a pain in the rear but us ladies must have our handbags mustn't we!
