Keeping my sodium levels in check, with me drinking and flushing out so much water, they will drop.

I am pleased about the ketchup - everything tastes so much nicer

Thanks Mark

Am so crap with diets. I think that would be one of my biggest challenges.

There's nothing on there I don't like but if there was I would find alternatives, apart from this last week.

This last week is THE most important week of the whole prep - this will either make or break me. Everything HAS to be EXACTLY as per the diet sheet or certain things won't work properly.

I have no idea how I'm managing to do this if I'm honest

Random fact, which some may know: It sounds very similar to "fluid loading", though on an extreme scale. Even astronauts do it on the way home (though they're allowed fruit flavouring or a chicken soup-like concoction). Count yourself in esteemed company!

PS - They use adult-sized diapers! They don't have the toilet option!

As someone who drinks a hell of a lot of water, 8 litres is a mental amount. On an average day, I probably get through 5 - 6 litres roughly. With the weather like this, i'm probably pushing close to 8 but knowing you have to do that every day, including eating a fair amount as well, it's just mad.

I have to say though, you looked awesome back in November, so you must look mega-awesome now. Will be sending a lot of positive vibes at the weekend, you're gonna do fantastically.
