Currently playing through Need for Speed: Shift and Uncharted 2. Can't say much on Uncharted 2, bit finicky in terms of controls at times and thus far, not the jaw dropping experience I'd been led to believe it was, but I'm only at the end of Chapter 2, so not far, but once again it's delivering phenomenal and enthralling cut-scenes, I just hope it doesn't go the way of the first where I felt I was playing from cut-scene to cut-scene rather than playing the game for fun.
As for Need for Speed: Shift, possibly the most underrated racing game I've ever played. I think it's absolutely fantastic. |

I have just played up to Chapter 10 of Uncharted 2. I won't get much more played as i'm away for a weeks holiday tomorrow. Which now sucks as i just want to keep playing
I have had the odd frustration with the controls. Not jumping where i want. The camera has had one or two bad moments too but little things like that are overshadowed completely by how good i think the game is. I keep getting wow factors by how good it looks too! |

Just completed Uncharted 2, loved it, i'm glad the final boss was actually more like a boss fight than a quick time event like its predecessor.

26, the game took just under 10 hours to complete however i barely explored, i had around 20 of the 100 treasures. I really wanted to just 'play' the game for what it was and ignore all the side stuff. Goty for me. The game really comes into its own when you 'catch up' with the timeline (ie, you get to the point at which the game started - in the train), i thought that was going to be near the end but it's in fact more like the half way point with the most epic part of the game a couple of chapters after.

Dug out a couple of old games to play.
Star Wars - Knights of the Old Republic Star Wars - Knights of the Old Republic 2 - The Sith Lords *with restoration mod* Going to play them in order, twice. Once as light side, once as dark side *which is much more fun*

Don't suppose you know how good the restoration mod is? I ask because Kotor 2, while still good, felt so unfinished.

Heard good things about it. Not sure how much it restores in reality though.

Scribblenauts. Controls feel a bit frustrating but buckets of charm. Very clever game (app?), really tests your imagination.

Just got the last achievement in Battlefield 1943, time to put that one to bed.
