Super (2010)

Think Kick Ass but with two people who probably have mental health problems. It starts a bit slowly but soon turns into a very messed up film with some brilliant LOL moments. Not one for the squeamish or people with morals so I loved it.

Thor

One of the worst scripts I've had the misfortune to watch in a long time, not a bad idea but so badly written that I couldn't like the good bits.

So much potential with an all star cast, nice special effects and some explosions but just so ****e.

Watch it.. it's okay, but it sets up stuff for coming films like The Avengers.

The Inbetweeners Movie

Daft, cliched and predictable but what do you expect. It was still highly amusing and even the wife, who usually considers this sort of humour annoying rather than funny, found herself crying with laughter in some places.

Cowboys & Aliens

Wasn't actually expecting much of this as it's had mixed-to-poor reviews but I actually quite enjoyed it. The plot is a bit haphazard but, if you don't want to concentrate too hard and just want a bit of action and a bit of a laugh, it's not all that bad.

Hahaha, Sam and I were creased up in Thor but mainly because we were taking the mick! My hammer is now called mew mew. Nothing more manly sounding than that!

For what it is, its candy floss knickers but requires a silly mind and like minded watcher with!

Bridesmaids

Gentlemen make no mistake this is a chick flick, however it is from the very rare breed of chick flicks that will not make you gouge your eyes out with a spoon and pop your ear drums with your car keys and for that it deserves some credit.

I'm not going to bother with the plot as frankly the title tells you as much as you need to know but suffice to say that so long as one person in the room has XX chromosomes you're not wasting your time.
