And that . I tested it on my PC but will be copying it all over to Jodie's machine tonight. http://www.cliff-jodie.co.uk/stuff/cs-maps.zip is a map-pack for all i have on rotation, prob worth downloading before joining as otherwise you'll suck all my bandwidth up! I'll look at hosting the maps properly from my webspace so they download from there in game but didnt have time to look into it last night.

Last night was funny. Saw Garp and Desmo at the window, got Desmo with a single headshot and Garp got me straight back in exactly the same way. Was laughing for about a minute.

I can setup a CS:S server on the same box I run my Q4 server on if necessary.

Oh aye, just like my Q4 server runs 24/7.
Is the CS:S server downloadable seperately? |

Dunno mate, would have to check with one of the pro's here.
Would some/all of us be able to have any control over it at all? e.g. Map selection, game selection, etc.

I don't know how CS:S works, but in Q4 anyone can vote on server changes (maps, game types and so on). I'll have a look into it tonight unless one of the hardcore gamers sees this thread first.

Do you want to hide in my box?

There should be a command line version of the server files, but I'm not sure about CS:S servers as I've only dealt with 1.6 servers, and when I made a 1.6 server I just used a copy of Steam.
Should be pretty simple to add an amxmod plugin enabling people to have control over things like map selection too
