I should add.......people who make assumptions about things they know nothing about...just because you dont understand, doesn't mean there aren't reasons for things that are said or/and done. You do not know everything.

Christmas trees in shop windows already. The rage!

Opening the front door on a warm day to find it's warmer indoors than outside. Thermometer read 27C at home. Thankfully on the way down now.

I usually wait at those and if I can see a gap in the traffic, I won't press the button but if the traffic is steady, I will. Occasionally, a gap appears unexpectedly and I can nip across. Sometimes it can't be helped
