One day I'll go back to Dead Rising, one day Love the idea of it which is the main reason why I've never traded it in.

Dont think so dude, they haven't supported the AVI container since day 1 and I've not seen MKV anywhere in the video FAQs.

Cheers Daz, just wanting to see if I should continue to download this HD video to test the new TV and if the xBox doesn't play mkv then I'll not bother

EDIT: another possible daft question here but if you have a hi-def video (say 1080i) and your 360 connected via vga will it still play the hi-def content at the correct res? I'm getting confused between the component connection specs 720p, 1080i and the vga which is 1024x768

I am at the food court, fighting carlito. Where can I save my game after this? I don't want to go all the way back to the security room.

The 360 will just scale the video to whatever your output resolution is. Well, it upscales the 720p stuff to fill my screen anyway 1024x768 isn't widescreen though so you cant really compare them to 720/1080p, as they translate to widescreen resolutions (1280x720 and 1920x1080 respectively). Not sure if it'll letterbox or chop the sides off - just have to suck it and see I guess.

I seem to remember there aren't any restrooms in the food court. What's the section to the left? Is it the alfresco bit with the gym? I think there's a point there.

found the loo now, it's quite far away at the other side of the mall on the right side (north) of food court. Just want to explore the mall at the first play through, try out different weapons and stuff. Frying pan is still the best thou.
