I'm waiting for Assassin's Creed to arrive on rental but the only game I think I'm going to buy within in the next 6 months assuming it comes out then is GTAIV.

There's nothing on the horizon that I really want to buy. I might end up getting GTAIV but I'm not sure yet.
I'd say that'll make the next few months cheap for me but I'm bound to find something

One thing I wanted to ask is when watching family guy last night the xbox kept playing the video files in 4:3 format so I had to keep changing the view to stretch so it filled the screen. Is there anyway to set it to do that automatically?

Not that I've found. I get the same with my family guy downloads (and on the dvd's too, guess they're made in 4:3) and find it looks pants when stretched so I tend to leave it
Though on a random note I fixed the stretching on my vision box last night. Found a menu I hadn't before and there was a stretch option in there.

we were watching Season 5 last night and I thought the stretched picture looked so much better than the standard 4:3
Oh well at least our other downloads are all 16:9 so we're ok. Glad the vision box got sorted, watching TMF in 4:3 was a bit weird

Daz - it may look better on our TV stretched because we're only in 1024x768. You'll be 1368 I'd imagine.
