Pheebs, went to my Mum's today for her birthday and she had this card up on display:
Was bought for her by her friend Jane. So cue me spending 5 minutes explaining I knew the creator etc, what a small world! I doubt she's on this forum or related to somebody on here apart from me (you never know though!) so you're already getting sales from brand new customers, that's ace and quite an accomplishment.

Cooooooooooool! That's super cool! I was in Athena a while ago trying to find a box picture frame. Whilst I was in there I saw some random people laughing at a card twirler thing and then realised they were laughing at my cards! I was like "woooo!"! Didn't see whether they bought any (didn't want to stalk them afterall!) but yeh, made me all cheery!

I'm mentioning it quite a lot at rattie people
How would you feel about doing packs of cards for sale at shows? Or even a small pack as a "donation" to the raffle? Its another way of spreading the word. Two other friends do commission drawing and suchlike at expos and things and they are thinking of trialling an "art table" at the pompy show to sketch cartoon versions of peoples rats. |

Just thought you'd want to know Pheebs, when I registered and clicked on the terms and conditions in Firefox on Mac, it came up with a blank pop-up box. Also, the registration confirmation contains both my username and password, which is a gripe I have with other registration sites - presumably it's the automated software you use? Not sure if it's changeable.

Oooh Belmit... I will look into that as it grates on me too. For piece of mind I don't see your passwords! I don't even know if I see your usernames... I just get a "A New member has registered" and your fleamail address! I'm sure Alin will be able to help Thanks for pointing it out!
I know I will be able to adjust the T's and C's... (away at the moment though so it will have to wait until moonday annoyingly). Thanks again! |
