Dude, it's not a beauty contest

These ladies have worked their butts off for a bloody long time, we don't put ourselves on stage to be judged on our facial features!

Mega mega massive thanks to those that came along to support. It's not the most interesting of days if it's not your thing but it seems like most of you enjoyed it enough to make a half decent day of it.

Do they give you critique along with your placings so that you know what your weaker areas are and what you might need to focus on for next year?

I've already had feedback from one judge - my symmetry was up on top but I lost placings due to lack of ab/leg seperation.

So I need to get a little more muscle up top, work on my abs to get them bigger and then get a little leaner to get more definition.

To get where I've got in just a year is good going so with a decent offseason to concentrate on the muscle and not worry about chipping away at the fat I will get closer to where I need to be

The structure is there, I have the base I just need to build it up a little and then work at getting leaner next time
