Failure to Launch

Easy to watch no brainer Chick Flick... lollable... I'm not really a Chick Flick person but it was on tv

Matthew McConaughey was in it so I give it 8/10

Also agree about Morgan Freeman, while a good performance not one of his best by a long shot.

8/10
Another agreement. Freeman was utterly wasted in the role, there was just nothing there for him to be able to do anything with. One thought I had but couldn't confirm"

Surely all the assassins were on the target list from the loom because Sloan was using them to kill innocents and thus causing harm?

End Spoiler Alert!

My archives?

Never actually seen it but sad films probably aren't a good idea for me for a while

That's what I thought also. It's the only explanation for it that fits, I doubt they knew what he was doing.

Ghost Town

Just got home from my second viewing of it (not because I loved it and wanted it see it again... it was for other reasons )

Fantastic film. I think you see a slightly different side to Ricky Gervais in it too. The story seemed to be fairly well thought out and implemented well, although somewhat unbelievable

8/10

Surely you'd get a restraining order or something if you was in the womens shoes (her name escapes me) and there was a guy telling you that he was talking to your dead husband?

End Spoiler Alert!

Yea!! Nearly shed a tear myself

Reminds me of the time I cried when Ash Ketchum died at the end of the First Pokémon film and the Pokémons collective tears bought him back to life. I think that was the happiest day of my life...
