homemade pizza ! Homemade base - base sauce of tomato puree, red pepper pesto and garlic, then topped with onion, green pepper, sweetcorn, red chilli and of course lashings of cheese!

Chocolate cream muffins (attempt #1) Recipe (as requested ) Makes 12 (or maybe more going by mine) Oven to GM6 Sift 225g plain flour, 55g chocolate powder, 1tbsp baking powder and 1/8th tsp salt into bowl (I missed out the salt) Stir in 115g soft light brown sugar and 150g chocolate chips (it says white but I could only find milk and dark) Lightly beat 2 eggs with 250ml double cream and either 6tbsp sunflower oil or 85g melted and cooled butter (I did butter) Gently stir wet into dry, don't over mix, spoon into tray/cases, bake for 20ish minutes until firm
