Just cooked a variation of this for Mei and Jarp...
Added nothing to the mash (whilst mashing it), peaked it over the virtually bolognese sauce and then dumped some butter, parmesan and black pepper on the top before throwing it in the oven Didn't let it cool enough before the oven or cook it on a high enough heat so it didn't get all crispy on top but it was still yummy Even bit my tongue when Mei suggested cooking it with baked beans and sliced up frankfurters! I do have a lovely glass of Kumala atm though
