2 TVs, though I spose nowadays the pooter counts as a TV almost in its own right. We have one in the front room and one in the dining room, although that one pretty much only gets used if we're eating tea when the Simpsons is/are on.
The only programme I'll have on in the background is something like News 24, but usually we're either watching something or it's off.

There's 3 in Chateau Fay-Lom, one downstairs in the lounge which I might as well hard wire Cbeebies on (Oh and Eastenders/Corrie/Hollyoaks too), Sky+, Wii, Xbox360 and Bluray connected. There's one in the kids room which is currently not plugged in due to the Sky box being on the fritz and a 14" portable one with built in video player in mine and Loms room which the kids use when we're upstairs.

I know how this feels! Even the minded kids get priority over what I watch

We have 1 in the living room. We don't tend to watch much TV but like Roberta I'll watch something if I'm sitting down to eat on my own.
The TV gets used for gaming a lot and we watch movies a fair bit but never really watch anything as it's shown. |

1 'TV'
However I have no aerial & no sky/cable & pay no TV Licence. It's used for gaming & watching Blu-Rays only. Only TV worth watching I acquire elsewhere

Two! We have another couple of TV's - one which I won a few years back and another which was a hand me down. They're both teensy so have been replaced with our two current tvs.
But yeh - two working. One in the living room I'm using all the time as it's my poota screen as well and one in our bedroom which is only ever used for times we want to snuggle up in the warm duvet and watch a film (normally knowing we'll fall asleep at some point during it). As for how much do I watch... if I like a series I might catch it (like Flashforward) but other than that it tends to be a film every other evening? If I'm bored some stand up comedy/simpsons or friends... might watch this whilst monching tea. People say dinner time is a time to talk about things and I don't get that.... because I'm eating my mouths full so I can't speak... but then if I do speak I can't eat and my food goes cold! So I prefer to be watching something whilst eating/listening to music I guess a couple of hours a day would be the average over a week due to the amount of films I watch Oooh. I watch lots of magic stuff now too. Does that count as watching tv? It's work/play for me! |
