During the day at work I stick to water - usually 2-3 litres. I have something like orange juice (nfc) or milk for breakfast and in the evenings it can be anything from beer/wine to diet lemonade/coke. I take a bottle of water to bed with me too.
I sometimes get banana flavoured milk or there is a berry "sports" milk drink I found in tesco (I am under no illusion that it is healthy just because its "sports" but it is very tasty ) |

You often find that from concentrate juice has higher sugar/additives than the nfc juices

Cool water is so much nicer than water out the tap temperature water. Not Davidoff mind, that's way too flavoured for my palate, and expensive.
I'm like Will. I've got a bottle of Coke and a can of Sprite in the fridge but it's unlikely to get used. Get a grip folks. Drink water if you're thirsty. Keep your teeth and think about all those chemicals you're not consuming. Diet Coke and Pepsi does rot teeth for the record and artificial sweetener isn't exactly good for you.

Currently hooked on Robinsons (or anyone's tbh) Blackcurrant & Apple No Added Sugar. Prefer it quite strong though but I'm odd like that. I'll happily drink the local tap water too but prefer to add some flavour.
Normally drink Pepsi Max with the evening meal though. Failing that Irn Bru (always win!) and if I need a boost I'll foolishly hot the Monster

Don't know what to suggest really Vix. I find those flavoured water too strong and a bit weird tasting.
Fruit juice has a lot of sugar in it, be fresh or made from concentrate. I buy 1 carton of Tropicana or any other freshly squeezed with bits OJ a week and drink a small glass every morning with breaky. I adore full sugar Ribena, but it's so bad for you that I limit myself to 1 glass a day. I've currently run out. I also have some lime cordial, but don't drink much of that. Can't stand fizzy drinks though. I've never liked them. I don't like the taste of low sugar cordials either. Other than that, it's generally water. I do actually like water, but it has to be cold. I have a pint glass on my desk at work which I use for water and I'll have the odd cup of Decaff Earl Grey too. I love proper lattes, but I don't work somewhere that has a Costa Coffee in the building anymore, so I don't have them any more I started cafetiere sharing with a bloke, but he drinks SO much coffee that my head would be spinning by the end of the day so I decided to stop.
