OK, then, here's my suggestions. I don't want to make changes from here in case I bust something.
  1. Change the password! Seriously!
  2. Remove all of the port forwarding rules. By all accounts, your Xbox shouldn't be connecting at all. Either that or you got the IP addresses the wrong way around.
  3. After removing all port forwarding rules, try again.

Yes Mum....

Port forwarding was added by me, following a 'guide' off the web. Will do.

There's good reason for point #1. There have been various exploits posted that enable remote access to routers with no/default passwords.

I know. I'm just one of those 'lazy developers who writes very secure code but just wants to relax at home' types.

Settings removed, no luck. Hmmm!

Odd. The router seemed to be indicating there were three devices connected. Any idea what's on 192.168.1.3?

This is the same feeling as when someone is going through my underwear drawer...

Oh, and I'm not going through anything. I quit before posting my first diagnosis and assuming you've changed the password already, you're safe.

Yeah, there was a slight power failure (i.e. I might have come home a little tipsy after the rugby, and pulled the plug on some items, hence the slight shuffle).
