I am personally very pleased, I think we must have one of the most stable comunities on the net, few people leave us (members: active members ratio is high). Sometimes I get very frustrated when there are little fall outs but 99.9% of the time I am proud of what we all have here, thats not to say I wouldn't like to see membership grow but only with quaility posting active members like those we already have.

Most certainly am proud. I know we're only a little corner of the net, but I think we have a great thing going here made by the members we have.

It's going to happen though. Have a large number of people all together and there will always be a clash now and again, it's human nature and unavoidable. However it's spookily rare on here, and any hatchets that come out soon get buried.
