And Malc - hopefully not I would hope that if I endurance train I would be more lean and not really build a great deal of muscles (I hope... hope hope hope)! I dunno, would have to wait and see!



It's genius though. Will look into it a bit more in the next week or so... throw some ideas around at a few people and see what they think!
