I woke up at 6 this morning (I don't think I've EVER gotten up that early!!) and tried to convince Iain that he wanted to get up too. After 2 hours I thought I'd give him a break and went for a walk in the park and played on the swings .

Got a call from our solicitor at 12 on the button to say our keys were ready, well, I nearly exploded right then and there!!

We've spent all night painting, cleaning carpets and getting some rooms ready for laminate to be put down.

Our bed and couches is arriving tomorrow (thanks to my mumsie) so we're not actually staying tonight but should be in tomorrow.

I'll get piccies up as soon as I have a chance to take them but for now I must go to the Land of Nod otherwise I won't be able to get up for work tomorrow.

Night, night luvvies

Hey everybody. I'm back!

After we moved we went to France for a fortnight and I've not had the internet until pretty much this very second

Hope everyone is well and I've not missed to much!

Will post piccies in a little bitty.

Ok, I know I've been a bad 'un not upadating sooner but I do have piccies this time so I hope you'll forgive me

I want to start by saying that I lost a member of my little family while I was away in France. My Squeak Bear,

Not a very flattering picture but she moved so bloomin' fast for an old lady!

Now for the explorer.

Top Tier:

Bottom Tier:

Whole thing:

.

Since the last time I've been on there has been an addition which is Boomer (who you can just see as the black blur in the cage, again pingy girlie! )

We also rescued Jasper from our local cat rescue. He's an 8 year old Bluepoint Persian with no teeth but he's ever so lovely!

.

Now, for my flat. I know it's not as exciting as the Explorer, Tak, but I did promise

My humungo kitchen:

Living room:

Rat Room (cage is in the far left):

Bedroom:

I do have a hall and bathroom but it looks like most other peoples halls and bathrooms so I'll miss it out.

Well, enough of me yammering on , I think I've shared all my stories, for tonight anyway!

I'm not sure what I want to steal more - the rats, the cage, the cat or the kitchen It looks fab And you should yammer away more often

I looked into the cage on Sunday to find Misty gone.

She's been losing weight for weeks and nothing has sorted it even though she was eating normally. She was fine on the Saturday night, running about and eating. She looked peaceful when I found her so hopeful it wasn't too traumatic for the little dear. She was only 10 months old.

At least she's playing with Dory and Squeak now. RIP.
