Ok so this one is even weirder! On Friday evening I was totally exhausted and walking from work to where I park my scooter. Its about 5 minutes walk away as all the bays in the City are always full. Anyway, I suddenly realised that I couldn't find my keys so I rushed back to work to retrace my steps but couldn't find them anywhere! I decided to go home and pick up my spare keys and come straight back in again, sprinting from the station to my flat and back again to get the next train cause its faster than the tube. I didn't want to leave my scooter in town for any length of time because I know the city is basically a ghost town at the weekend so someone could steal it without anyone seeing. Fast forward to this morning and I must have parked in exactly the same place as low and behold, my keys are sitting on a ledge right where I left them on Friday!

One morning I left Uni accommodation to go to the usual collection of lectures/classes/whatever, and at some point realised I didn't have my keys with me. Went back to find them hanging out the lock where I'd left them.

Lom's done that no end of times. Come back to the house late at night and there's the keys dangling there!

I once came down the stairs in the morning before work and thought it was a bit cold. The front door was wide open... and in December too! Quickly woke my housemate and asked if he knew what was going on. He'd been out the night before to get his wallet from the car and left it open. His bedroom door was right next to the front door too. What a wally.
What's almost as annoying is that the milkman rocked up, left our daily pint, and didn't think anything of it.
