All sorted, all parties happy....job done.

Had my dad on the phone a couple of months back. He went to fill the car up with £40 cash and managed to put £40.02 in the car, meaning I had to drive to the petrol station with 2p

Even I would have let someone off over 2p.

Really, i get away with 1/2p all the time, i thought there was discretion involved? If i could se the pump to stop at £20/30/40 i would do so, but since i can't the odd penny is always given away to me

I've had BT send me a bill for 1p to close an account. I phoned up and asked how they wanted it paid and they just said they'd write it off. Then I get a reminder and they say the same. All goes quiet but six months later I get threatened with debt collectors, so I decide to sod it and just pay the damn thing. Even that cost me £1. :/
