Not a complaint, but my now wife (then only gf) wrote to Haagen Dazs asking why they no longer seemed to be producing Baileys flavoured ice cream.
They replied saying there was a problem with sourcing ingredients (Baileys? No idea why they couldn't get any) and it would available again in 3-6 months, in meantime they sent a voucher for a free large tub and suggested that she might like Dulce de Leche as a replacement flavour. (good call as it turns out to bloody gorgeous).

I tried complaining once, and during the course of my complaint I said the that "is it cuz iz was black?" She replied with a "No, it is because you are a ****" and she hanged up. I haven't tried complaining since.
The above statement may have like never ever, totally never happened.

Oh I have so many complaints - most of them against TFL, so far I have been refunded or "won" 7 out of 9 complaints or reimbursements to fines/charges, most of which are parking and bus lane fines and 2 congestion charge ones.
As for food/restaurants I always review the restaurant and email the review to them which has in general enabled me a free bottle of wine or a free starter... but I haven't done that in a while. I complain about things when I feel I'm at a loss, if not then I tend to let it slide.

If you don't want the other kind I'd take them off your hands.... EDIT: I have never complained or compliemented cos I'm too shy I did get a complaint once for a customer dropping a prawn roll and she wanted a new one because it was apparently my fault! I do tend to make my views known, whether they are complaints or compliments.
I haven't had to complain for a while, the last compliment was a few weeks ago to Pizza Hut! The waitress was fab, so I used their online feedback thingy to make sure that their head office knew.

I got complained about last week, apparently I assaulted someone in custody.
The senior officer came and viewed the CCTV and overturned the complaint, signed it off with "What a ****"
