Actually they probably do assume everyone is a moron. Same as when I'm compiling general risk assessment. Assume the worst case always.

Won't miss it anyway as the ad was lousy.

Any chance we can get rid of the Renault adverts that have clearly just had the french soundtrack replaced with English.
In fact anychance we can just get rid of Renaults.

Apparently, there is a way they do the calculation...the 32 complaints represent just more than 32 people iirc. Kinda like an average or something.
