A friend of mine had her first baby a few days and she's already saying 'I can't wait until George can.....'. Today it's that she can't wait until he's old enough to sleep through the night every night.
He's a few days old and she is wishing his newborn life away  I'd give anything to have my time with my babies as tiny newborns again. 2am snuggles were always the best kind, closely followed by 5am snuggles.

She's got a point. One of my biggest annoyances is people who moan about the things their kids do, when they are just doing what all kids do. Like they thought maybe theirs would be different, or people were just lying when they said about the sleepless nights...
