You could try Forza (as that's giving you 654 points) to get all the cars from france. There's only 4 cars I think but you have to win the last one.

The DLC IS adding achievements.
The problem with selling something like PoP is that people know it was only £18 pre-Xmas anyway and people won't give you money making it worth your while.
