People who pick their trolleys up from around the car park and then push them across the car park into the shop. Ridiculous to annoy me I know, but it does. There are trolleys by the door!!

Also when there are two lanes at a set of traffic lights, one car in one lane for whatever reason pulls away slowly or is hesitating, causing the driver in the other lane to wonder why they are hesitating and therefore pull away even slower.

People who phone you to tell you they are about to send you a text message. Why can't you just tell me now while you are speaking to me?

Especially when they know you are busy.

I would do it.. but only if it was because I was giving them an address or phone number e.g. good reason.

Technophobes do things like that.

They send you an email, but because they hardly ever check their emails and they don't really trust the technology they phone to just to make sure you've got it.

Admittedly my Mum is a technophobe, yesterday it was her that phoned me to tell me she was going to text me something that she could've just emailed it to me and she knew I would've picked it up fairly quickly. negating the need to phone or text.

But I have had cause in the past to disown someone who is not a technophobe for feeling the need to alert me by other mediums that they've text or emailed me.

It's just so frustrating!

At work I sometimes give the recipient a call either before or after I send an email - if it's before it's normally because I want to prepare them and make sure they understand why I'm about to send it, if it's after then it's normally because I'm aware that they don't always check their emails all that frequently and this one is urgent. It's also often good practice for an audit trail to have a written note of the conversation and it keeps it clear for what people are supposed to do.

I know not everyone does it for the same reasons as me but I just wanted to point out that it's not necessarily as daft as it first appears. Or maybe it is and I'm just a great big daftie.

Packing! Hate it! Had so many years experience and bugger it up every time so I end up completely stressed and freaked out. Arrgh!

Seeing other people serve their mashed potato with an icecream scoop! No!
