Working 8-5, cycling the 5 miles home at an easy pace & arriving to Beef Goulash in the oven, all washing done, Scotland game on at 630 and a Toffee Apple Brothers in the fridge.
Life. Is. Good. Oh and I love my awesome girlfriend who made all this possible whilst I grafted hard to put food on the table today!

On the subject of food delights, last night I made everyone roast leg of lamb as a Saturday Sunday lunch, and today I've knocked up some creme brulée and will be making seafood linguine. It pays to live in my house!

Having an almost completely de-cluttered bedroom for the first time in at least ten years (possibly fifteen). Maybe I'll sleep a bit better now!

City wide power cuts - I already had a candle lit while I watched TV luckily but it meant I could go outside and look at the stars with no artificial light getting in the way
