I had a can of the Tesco own branded version of Redbull before seeing dirty dancing because i missed the end of Wicked so I didn't want to miss the end of Dirty Dancing so drank the drink in the interval.
However I wish I hadn't as the second half was just as dull as the first half. BB x |

Are we talking the caffeine based ones, I have only had Red Bull, they should not be allowed to use the word energy because Red Bull does not give you any more energy.

I know what he means I think, you've got energy drinks, and then you've got stimulants.
Things like Lucozade will hydrate you and give you energy, and things like espresso and redbull (despite having sugar) are more of a stimulant and are loaded with caffeine, which makes you pee a lot, denting your net fluid intake. Redbull wouldn't be the sort of drink you'd take for a run, for example.
