So where do you put in the DNS?

Apple TV or Router?

AppleTV or everything will go via that DNS.

Feck, my ATV keep crashing when i go into netflix!

Yes, I had the same problem when I changed the DNS settings on my Apple TV 2. So I changed them on the router, it doesn't matter if everything uses those different DNS settings.

However, netflix still only gave me UK content.

I don't know how to change it on my router, I can't see an option to put in a fixed DNS, or I am being dense!

That said, both iPad and iPhone just can't connect.

ok, got it on my iPad and I think I am looking at the US site.

However, i keep getting this

"Sorry, this title is not available to watch instantly, please try another title."

?

Hmmmm apparently my payment details are incorrect and need to be updated which I'll sort in the morning (left my wallet elsewhere, too lazy to fetch it!) but the email I received stated that they only accept international VISA or Mastercard.

I used my RBS VISA Debit card - anyone else used the same kind of card and had payment declined etc? Does it HAVE to be a credit card?

I used a debit card to sign up buy they haven't taken any payments yet. Best not only be credit cards as we don't have any!

I thought Garp said they didn't stream all content in the US...could that be the problem in iPads etc? I'm probably getting it wrong.

Just updated my details with the same card and the payment has bounced....typical.

I have a credit card but want to avoid using it if possible :/

This might be the end for Netflix....
