So could DS9 but that was a space station, to a lesser extent. Babylon 5 couldn't do much bit sit there and hope its orbit never decayed. However Atlantis can travel in hyperspace across galaxies pwning most space ships here but its a city not a station or a ship. I think its a space craft. There's also Serenity. Great little ship.

B5 had DS9-like thrusters, but save for just about maintaining orbit, they were pretty much useless.
