Creature, try a Biryani. It's a dry curry, mix of rice and meat, usual served with a vegetable curry as well. It's not too spicy IMO

I'm very partial to Dhansak which I usually have with 6 chapatis (not a huge fan of rice but I do eat it occasionally). Don't usually have a starter or pud but will occasionally force down an onion bhaji or two.
Will, I used to have a corking recipe for chicken Saag. If I can find it, I'll make it for you some time when you come up to Newcastle (hint hint ).
