Jesus, well done Sinead!!! That's fantastic.
Well done to you too, Kel! I've not been to the gym since the accident. Think I'm ready to go back now, but I've got to miss my Saturday morning classes because I'm taking the hire car back Will try and get SOMEthing done this weekend at least, and then back to normal on Monday. I'm going to try the combat class they do instead of Pump on Monday. It gives me more cardio in my routine and finishes 1/2 hour before Pump so I don't eat my tea too late.

Take it easy Kate and don't dive back in at your normal weights with pump - build it up again

Ah well, Intro kinda done, I'll start here.
Bein a sprinter, my sessions vary from track to free weights. Track sessions Monday - 4 x 70m @ 100% 5min rec 3 x 10 Bench @ 60Kg Recovery is how long it takes the other two to finish! Tuesday - 6 x 150m @ 80% walk back rec 4 x circuits(burpees,sit ups,press ups,leg thrusts,static hold,bench dips) 30 secs each ex, no recovery! 4 x stair climbs(anyone been to Meadowbank? stairs in stand,pain) Thursday - 4 x 40m, 3 x 60m, 2 x 80m. rec 6mins, 4mins. 4 x core stability circuits @ 30 secs. Strides warm down. Saturday Morning - 40/50 second run @ 100%. I normally manage 320m & 390-410m 30 min rec 6 x 200m @ 24sec pace, 8 min rec. Sunday Morning - Gullane beach sand dune session, followed by a plunge in the sea. If I manage the free weights, normally bench as monday, 3 x 8 squats @ 80-100kg & 3 x 8 cleans @ 50kg(still learning tech but got good teacher in Clive Brewer) Thats that!

Yup, they hurt & many people have thrown up after the warm up alone.
The North Sea calms our pulses pretty quickly!
