I've spent today off timetable at school revising schemes of work and generally having a flick around the teaching resources piling up on the school network and having a light hearted meeting with other members of the department. Lunchtime was a good laugh at the pub too, but the afternoon was rather unproductive as my creativity waned. Good day overall though. Really enjoyed it!

Sorry to be wearing my safety champion hat but the guy on the scaffolding really should be wearing a safety harness. If he had fallen from there things would have got very messy - both from the impact and from the HSE.

This morning - took PT client for a run for an hour.

Went home, cleaned the house and sorted out bills and my diary for the next week.

This evening - drove to leisure centre and took my circuits class. Am now having a quick break before finishing tidying and doing my books for this week then off to pick Paul up from station.

Nice busy day.

Today was pretty relaxing in work, didn't do too much of anything which is always nice on a Friday. Played footy after work though and managed to screw up both ankles, which is making walking (and especially stairs) difficult at the moment. Hope a good nights rest will make things a little easier in the morning, I hate not being able to do things properly.

I pretty much slacked all day today. That's not to say I didn't have work to do because I did, and I still do.

Lesson for me - procrastinating on a work day = working on a day off.

I think my luck ran out when i got out of work, there was no train running, and the coach services only went the opposite directions !!! 2 coaches left with only 2 people on them.....WHAT ??? The trains eventually came back online again and i left work at 5:15, didn't get home until 8:20.

They are prisoners damnit. Give them 14 days solitary.

Either that or they want to shag. Do they know each other?
