It was Gamestation. That particular branch has been going downhill a while anyway so to be expected. At least he gave in soon enough which was useful

Best bit was the manager came out with this bollocks about how they'd received a communication from MS to not exchange any consoles and they they should all be sent off to MS, ORLY??????

If he tried that with me I'd have asked him if he'd heard of the Sales of Goods Act, and if he wanted me to ring Trading Standards there and then. I'm sure he'd have soon changed his tune

I do too but I'm so crap at dealing with stuff like that these days
 I need to regain what limited assertiveness I had before. My Mum was proud of how I confidently spoke to the guy, didn't sound like it on my side
