Just phoned my mum, now I'm attempting to shuffle partitions around on my temporary HDD storage becuase apparently 100GB wasn't quite enough for my videos, was 5GB out.

Then I'm going to attempt to budget for the month and see whether I can afford the Icybox NAS and another 500GB disk.

Had thursday afternoon off work as TOIL thanks to the Tuesday antics at work where I was in rather late. Headed home to my 'rents and then fetched Kari early evening. Friday morning up early, and grabbed a lift to Gatwick where we boarded a flight to Belfast, where we were until late Sunday

I've just got back to London now after sorting out my parents wireless.. biking back from London Bridge in weekday traffic is soooo much fun Oh well. Time to chill out before work tomorrow.

Been working from home today. Been hitting it hard too - got me head down to some scripting and I've not even stopped for lunch properly yet :S

Spent Saturday night with Tak and Jhadur playing silly buggers on their new toys. Realised I need to get out more as was a bit of a geek on Scene It !!!.

Sunday was visiting Mummy.

Today just doing chores and exercises.

Well I was going to clean the kitchen but I've just had a lovely glass of red and am feeling far too warm and fuzzy for cleaning!

Last night I went to Dans Le Noir. Its a restaurant where you eat in the dark.

Not dark - PITCH BLACK!!!

It was great - they had a Morrocan menu that evening, which I was a bit dubious about as I don't know what I am eating when I eat Morrocan in the daylight, but it was delicious!

Very bizarre - one of those things you do once... especially when the bill came to £40 :/ and that was with a non alcoholic cocktail which was a fiver!

The waiters are all blind people so they work the darkness better than seeing people and they guide you everyway, but it must be very frustrating for them as this is their life but to us its a 'novelty'

Very interesting evening... then we went to Tinseltown 24 Hour Diner for milkshake!!

Sounds really interesting Mei (actually saw an episode of CSI based in that kind of restaurant recently )
Would love to try it sometime but I probably won't get chance to

Today: Uni for one lecture, then a haircut, then helping a friend buy a desk/wardrobe/chest of drawers and possibly building them with/for her, then going home to do some coursework.
