I completed The Pitt last night, well mostly. I've still got the 100 steel ingots to get but I hate collection achievements so leaving that until I'm desperate
The environment for The Pitt was brilliant and it had great potential, but I did find it too short and lacking a certain 'something'. The arena part felt too much like Oblivion too which was a bit tedious.
However it's still keeping me keen for Broken Steel so that's fine

Oops double post
I spent this afternoon getting the Nuka Cola Challenge quest done As previously started I hate collection quests/achievements but this one was quite fun as it gave me reason to explore more places.
That's all the quest achievements done Just need to hit level 20 and get a few bits and pieces done for the 1200.

Part hoping Broken Steel comes out May when I can afford it more easily, but I'd also quite like it asap

Not exactly. It's still not one of the best games I've played and it does have some irritating bugs
It is good fun though and I'm glad I persevered for 15hrs until I finally started liking it

Only 1 achievement left for me now, getting to level 20 with good karma, which I could knock off in an hour next time I play it if I want to. Got all The Pitt done yesterday, getting all 100 ingots was easy thanks to Lynnie reading off a guide for me, only took me 30 mins or so. Decent story and setting too, and the Ammo Press is a godsend as I have tons of 5.56mm ammo and not enough .44 Magnum rounds, so I exchanged 1000 5.56mm rounds for 200 .44 Magnum rounds. I'll definitely be heading back there in the future for more ammo when I need it. I'll be doing everything but the final mission on this playthrough then leave it till Broken Steel comes out

I need someone to sit next to me and read out the collection guide save me so much time!
I'll be doing the same as you and leave a save file right before the end for Broken steel. I do regret blowing up megaton though, I must be too nice

I didn't regret it, I enjoyed my place at Tenpenny Towers

I did save it on my 2nd playthrough though

I loved my place there (and at Megaton as well). Both are kitted with a workbench and I store all my misc weapon building items next to the workbench so I can occasionally put it all in my inventory and make as many of each custom weapon as possible
