I almost always call my parents by their first names but oddly once I reached 18 I became marginally more likely to call them mum or dad, don't have a clue why but suddenly it was part of my vocabulary.
On the other hand my mum is quite likely to call me by the name of one of her sisters, my dad's name or whatever family pet we've got at the times name. She's only got one child to remember, how hard can it be?

When I was little I'd call my Mum Mummy. Then when I wasn't comfortable with that it changed to Muv. Still that to this day.
As for my Dad, when I was teeny tiny I couldn't cope with saying Daddy, it came out Paddy. Then that evolved to Paddywaggle. Then that evolved to Waggy. And then finally to Wag. And that's what I've called my dad for at least the last 20 years... |

I call them Mum and Dad. Girls call me Mummy other than Daisy who calls me Mama...no idea why.

I call my parents Nana and Jarjar (josh's name for them which has stuck) or mum and dad on but not often now.
I'm mum (by Josh) mummy (by girls) or sometimes they will call me by my real name if I am ignoring them lol

Mum & Dad normally or Mummsy/Daddsywaddsy if I'm being silly .. I can't imagine calling them by their first names.
They call me Maggot, Sineadywadeytinsypoosywoosywoo, precious, toots .. but mostly Sinead
